Recipe for LeFou’s Brew, Gaston’s Tavern

If you’re looking for something refreshing yet MAGICAL to drink, this one is for you! Summer is here and a favorite treat for Disney fans is
LeFou’s Brew from Gaston’s Tavern at Magic Kingdom. If you’re not a Disney but could go for this delicious treat, here’s a copycat recipe for you to try at home!

Oh Foam Topping Ingredients 
1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
4 tablespoons Mango/Nectar Juice
4 tablespoons Passion Fruit Juice
3 tablespoons sugar
Foam Topping Method:
Pour whipping cream into mixing bowl.
Add Mango Nectar and Passion Fruit juice.
Add sugar and beat on high until stiff peaks form
Set aside in fridge.

Apple Slush Ingredients:
2 (12 ounce) cans of frozen no-sugar added apple juice concentrate (keep frozen until ready to use)
12 ounces cold water
3 squirts (or tablespoons) Toasted Marshmallow Syrup

Apple Slush Method:
Dump both cans of frozen apple juice into a blender.
Add water and 3 squirts of the toasted marshmallow syrup.
Blend on high for about 10 seconds. You should now have a slush texture beverage.
Immediately pour into glasses and top with prepared foam topping.
